RHVA is a nonprofit organization of local businesses serving tourists and newcomers to Rappahannock County. In addition to representing member businesses before local and state government agencies, RHVA seeks to preserve and promote the unique historic, agricultural, artistic, retail and dining attributes of Rappahannock County, including the Town of Washington, the Village of Sperryville, the Village of Flint Hill, and the area's other communities. Among other activities, RHVA sponsors the annual Christmas in Little Washington festival (including a parade, artisans market and visit from Santa) on the first Sunday of every December.
